Brentwood Elementary Schools Celebrate PS I Love You Day!
Friday, Feb. 10 marked a special day in the Brentwood School District as the staff and students of each school wore purple to mark PS I Love You Day.
PS I Love You Day is a celebration of the importance of mental health awareness and the wonders of being kind to others in school and outside of school. The mission of the event is to bring about a greater education of mental health topics so that students can have easier discussions surrounding these situations while also being able to encourage and foster a community that embraces mental health as much as physical health.
The theme for the 2023 edition of PS I Love You Day was "Love All Your Chapters," celebrating the moments in life that are the building blocks of inner strength and character within all of Brentwood. The pictures below encompass the efforts at the elementary school level during PS I Love You Day.
